Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Promote our products and services to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum “O” Level
- Entry Level are welcome to apply (Training provided)
- Possess service attitude and enjoy dealing with customers over the phone
- Willing to work in the West area
