Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Lock Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic security systems, with expertise in the installation and maintenance of digital locks. This role requires a blend of technical know-how, customer service skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation:Install digital locks, access control systems, and related hardware on various types of doors and entry points.
    Ensure proper alignment, functionality, and security of installed systems.
  2. Maintenance and Repair:Perform routine maintenance on digital lock systems, including software updates and hardware adjustments.
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues with digital locks and access control systems promptly.
  3. Customer Interaction:Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and provide recommendations for suitable digital lock solutions.
    Offer excellent customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction with installed systems.
  4. Technical Support:Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed.
    Keep detailed records of installation, maintenance, and repair work performed.
  5. Compliance and Safety:Adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all installations and repairs.
    Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards and client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installing and servicing digital locks and electronic access control systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital lock technologies, including biometric, keypad, and RFID systems.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
