Responsibilities: Collaborate with the event management team to understand client requirements and develop innovative event production strategies.Proven experience in event production within the financial services industry or related field including drafting of agenda and speaker acquisition. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, speakers and vendors effectively.Technical proficiency in audio-visual equipment, staging, and lighting setups. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in a fast-paced event environment.Flexibility to travel for on-site event productions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Event Management, Production, or related field.
