Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Production Plan, ensuring availability of Raw Materials and Intermediates.
- Confirm orders promptly upon receipt of firmed orders, new opportunities, discontinuations, or replacement requests, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee local raw material supply planning.
- Regularly review and update the capacity matrix, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and packaging sizes.
- Manage the reduction of Slow Moving and Obsolescent Stocks (SLOBs), and prepare monthly write-off reports for management approval.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on production, identifying and addressing issues and bottlenecks that could impact production schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills and collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and service levels.
- Handle scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, including projects related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in supply planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Production Planning or Supply Planning.
- Proficient in SAP ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proven track record of ownership and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong multitasking abilities.
