Location: Queenstown
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
Salary Range: $3000 to $3500 + incentives (tiered up to $2400)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers.
- Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.
- Ensure appropriate sales processes are followed and compliance is adhered.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field with minimum 1-2 years’ Motor insurance experience with other General insurance products knowledge
- Possess BCP, PGI, HI or ComGI will have added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
