About the role:
The Event & Registration Manager is self-motivated and works on simultaneous projects with the event management team on the overall development, planning, execution and delivery of activations and projects such as events, exhibitions, conferences, creative insights, production and digital broadcasts. Be required to manage work with the project team on daily operations and client management.
This position reports to the Senior Event Manager in charge of registration. The potential candidate must be able to work within flexible hours, be detailed oriented and meticulous in reporting, with skills in excel, vlookup and pivot table.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement registration, accommodation, flights and transportation related strategies from pre- to post-event.
- Create and execute proposals with internal and external stakeholders as well as vendors on the event requirements
- Implement test plans for website and applications to fine tune elements for a better user experience, and identify and propose solutions for possible logic flaws.
- Curate content for use in eDMs or social media copies for event marketing purpose, along with planning, coordinating and implementing telemarketing, email or social media marketing strategies.
- Generate high-efficiency report templates (not limiting to Excel and PowerPoint formats) which suit the needs of each stakeholder.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling registration platforms and applications.
- Plan and allocate resources for pre-event, onsite execution and post-event, ensuring timely delivery
- Manage and negotiate contracts for third-party vendors, including but not limiting to registration platform, supplies, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Assist in all facets of hospitality requirements for event VIPs and key stakeholders when required.
- Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the MICE industry or related experience.
- Excellent eye for detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a flair in customer servicing.
- Have he capacity to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and Google Suite applications.
