Assistant Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the regional partner program including setting annual sales targets, planning promotions, developing marketing strategies, and organizing partner conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to create and implement in-country marketing plans, focusing on sell-in/sell-out strategies, branding initiatives, and stocking promotions.
- Create consumer communication toolkits and provide guidance to partners for effective execution.
- Design and execute omnichannel customer engagement campaigns by conducting consumer research to develop a compelling brand concept and gain insights into consumer preferences.
- Implement lead generation activities** across all stages of the consumer buying journey to ensure a seamless online experience, utilizing multivariate testing.
- Manage the setup and sales of e-Commerce stores, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum a degree in Marketing, Business, or its equivalent.
- Has a proven history of successfully managing partner programs, engaging consumers, and executing social media and e-Commerce strategies.
- Experienced in developing various distribution channels and managing agency partnerships.
- Possesses a strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrates excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills and the ability to plan.
- Works well both as a collaborative team member and independently as an individual contributor.
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
- Open to traveling as needed for the role.
