- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, including Google SEM and Meta Ads.
- Develop and implement a strategic SEO roadmap to improve organic traffic and lead conversion.
- Execute and optimize an effective email marketing funnel.
- Identify, research, and test new potential lead generation channels for the brand.
Market Intelligence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Track competitor intelligence, including digital presence, activity, and promotions, to stay competitive.
Segmentation
- Develop and prioritize customer segments for effective targeting.
- Create detailed marketing plans for each segment across various channels.
Content Marketing
- Develop content plans and campaigns, particularly for special occasions and non-discount promotions.
Data & Performance Tracking
- Build and maintain a data framework for tracking performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Analyze digital marketing channels and online store performance through platforms like Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and Google Analytics.
- Monitor weekly revenue and sales targets across all channels and campaigns.
