Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s /Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience in Building & construction, civil projects.
3. Should be completed full cycle of 2 projects.
4. Have excellent problem solving skills.
5. Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Singapore as assistant project manager/project manager in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil, Construction,precast projects.
Job responsibilities:
· Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
· Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work.
· Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
· Define project tasks and resource requirements.
· Develop full scale project plans.
· Manage project budget.
· Manage project resource allocation.
· Project planning and coordination to various locations including production yard, storage yard, holding factory and project site.
· Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
. Manage Tendering works for Tunnel segments and conventional precast components.
· Provide direction and support to project team.
· Quality assurance.
· Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
· Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
