Responsibilities:
Smart Home Engineering (Main):
- Design, develop, and implement smart home systems, including automation, security, lighting, and energy management solutions
- Conduct site assessments to determine customer needs and provide tailored smart home solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart home systems
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance and improve smart home technologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all installations and designs
Sales & Marketing Assistance (Minor):
- Assist the sales team with technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations based on customer requirements
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical concerns
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide technical content for promotional materials, brochures, and online content
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product launches as a technical representative
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in smart home technology to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with IoT protocols and communication standards
- Knowledge of hardware design and embedded systems
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding sales and marketing principles will be an added advantage
- Experience in customer-facing roles will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms will be an added advantage

- Main work location: Funan
- Might work at multiple locations if there are any onsite assessments
- Working hours: 5 days work week. Sundays to Thursdays: 11 am – 8 pm. Fridays & Saturdays: 11 am – 9 pm
