Responsibilities
- Report to the Managing Director to drive significant EV sales growth in Singapore.
- Define strategies for branding, market segments, and action plans.
- Plan product line-up and unique selling points (USP) for all car models.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and recommend strategies to boost sales.
- Prepare annual sales targets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with distributors and customers to grow the sales pipeline and develop marketing and CRM activities.
- Enhance product competitiveness through pricing, specifications, and targeted communication.
- Coordinate with other BYD departments to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Possess class 3 driving license.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Min. 3 years' experience in sales, product planning, pricing, and connectivity in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and client-retention skills.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with China HQ.
