Key responsibilities will include, however not limited, to the following:
• Checking of parts and pricing with factory and create item cards into system.
• Liaising with sales team for order collection and placing of orders with factory.
• Prepare the sales order and purchase order for accounting system after order submission.
• Liaise with factory on shipment arrangement.
• Liaise with forwarder on the shipment document and containers delivery arrangements.
• Prepare the Advance shipment notice in warehouse inventory system.
• Following up with vendors/suppliers on orders and monitor incoming shipment arrivals.
• Prepare shipment sorting file for warehouse team and process system receiving for both account system and warehouse inventory system
• Following up with shipment discrepancies (shortage/damage) and submission to supplier
• Liaising with sales team with ready goods delivery arrangements
• Prepare the delivery notes for goods collection /delivery
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
• Maintain and update parts pricing in system.
• Cargo insurance declaration.
Requirements:
• 2 - 3 Years working experience in the automotive industry is preferred;
• Able to multi-task and work independently;
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work under pressure;
• Able to communicate and work with all levels; and
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
