Job Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll action items, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for SEA by working closing with third party payroll vendor. This includes income tax submission.
- Support in the implementation of global payroll vendor
- Work closely with Bunge Business Services (BBS) in providing support on benefits and leave enrolment for employees
- Support HR Business Partner in employee life cycle activities which include on-boarding and off-boarding activities etc.
- Manage external vendors for payroll, benefits and mobility administration, including insurance renewal, assignments, tax reporting and audits
- Work closely with immigration vendors to manage the work pass renewal and application process
- Work closely with BBS in maintaining the HRIS system and ensuring all documents are saved in employee personnel file in OpenText.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR
- At least 2 years of HR administrative/ payroll experience
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Resourceful and possess good interpersonal skills to interact well with all levels
- Able to adapt well in a fast-paced and challenging environment
