Key Responsibilities:
- To architect and design a PLC control system for plant, factory and process industry.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their control automation needs.
- Propose and Draw flow chart to demonstrate how processes will work.
- Design and create engineering template for engineer to follow and implement during project execution
- Design and create PLC Program template for engineer to follow and implement during project execution
- To lead, train and manage a team of engineers for project execution
- Developing, setup and configure networking devices such as router, managed switches and gateways.
- To implement and perform hardening to system as per cyber security requirement
- Troubleshooting system error, Testing & Commissioning of PLC system
- Study existing program, and perform program modification and additional logic.
- Providing clients with technical support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electronic/mechatronic or control engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 4 to 6 year's experience as a PLC programmer/Lead Programmer.
- Electronic and control engineering experience.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC.
- Proficiency in Ladder Programming, Function Block, Structure Text.
- Detailed knowledge of PLC software design, PLC automation software and coding languages.
- Detailed knowledge of Cyber Security requirement
- Able to travel locally and oversea
