Key responsibilities will include, however not limited, to the following:
• Advise customers and workshop of suitable spare parts;
• Check databases and brand catalogues to identify correct parts/components;
• Share equal responsibility in increasing team productivity; and
• Ability to lead, train and optimize resources and subordinates under his/her care.
• Prepare monthly stock replenishment and monitor the supply situation. To avoid low stock situation.
• Carry out cycle count and annual stocktake. Maintain stock accuracy.
• Plan work schedule.
Requirements:
• 2 - 3 Years working experience in the automotive industry is preferred;
• Able to communicate and work with all levels;
• Strong team player;
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service with good attention to details;
• Strong ability to adapt and good work attitude;
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and previous experience with automotive spare parts much preferred; and
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays, when necessary.
