Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily data entry, bookkeeping, accounts receivables and payables functions, as well as for intercompany reconciliation and settlement.
- Maintain cashflow update and general journal entries.
- Ensure and maintain proper documentation of all finance and accounting activities.
- Preparation of monthly / yearly financial schedules & reports.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary to ensure compliance to statutory filing.
- Full spectrum of administrative portfolio and clerical tasks.
- Acting as the first point of contact when dealing with staff, suppliers and clients in terms of correspondence and vetting of agreements.
- Maintaining re-order level of office and pantry supplies, stationery, purchase of products and equipment, office maintenance.
- Ensure and maintain proper documentation of all administration activities, as well as organising company events.
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- At least 5 years of related working experience in MNC’s international accounting office.
- Certificate or university degree in accounting, finance, business administration, accounting or related field.
- Familiarity in CargowiseOne, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel or related ERP.
- Comfortable to handle multiple systems required during work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilience, flexibility, precision and teamwork, which are part of your personality.
- Strong analytical skills, efficiency and accountability.
- Good communication skills, also in dealing with partners from various cultures.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
