Responsibilities
- Assist with Cloud Service account opening.
- Address CRM system issues and organize customer feedback on recurring problems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide app handling guidelines to distributors and dealers.
- Ensure customer account security in compliance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in the automotive industry with mobile apps, cloud computing, or database management.
- Strong problem-solving and IT skills, with knowledge of the company’s IT infrastructure.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with China HQ.
