What You Will Do
· Set up the assembly machines, operate the machines to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation.

· Perform machine conversion.
执行机器转换。
· Involve machine repairing. Trouble shoot and repair machines problems as and when required.
机器修理。需要的时候解决机器故障排除问题。
· Train new operators (OJT).
培训新操作员。
· Maintain the Tester Equipment and ensure it is ready for production planning and schedules.
维护测试设备并确保其为生产计划和时间表做好准备。
· Help to validate the safety aspects of tester machines/equipment.
帮助确认机器及设备的安全性。
· Follow up on tester data as required by customers.
按照客户要求跟踪测试数据.
· Conduct in process inspection of product which conforms to customers' expectations.

· Able to understand and carry out basic tester system adjustment.

· Assist Supervisors/Engineers to analyze quality concerns.
协助主管及工程师做质量分析。
· Involves in continuous improvement projects.
参与持续改进计划。
· Housekeeping to be done and upkeep.
设备清理整顿及保养。
· Other duties as assigned by Management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- ITE or equivalent in Engineering field.
- Minimum 2-years relevant experience
