Job Description:
· To factory capacity and customer demand of each subsidiary in Asia Pacific to create accurate supply/demand forecasts and ordering plan.
· To purchase orders and liaise with factories and forwarders on stock replenishment and shipping plan.
· To execute allocation strategies (order to factory or pick from stock) to ensure optimised inventory in each subsidiary.
· To work on Production order prioritisation for selected products
· To ensure SAP master data management such as set up of price and item code.
· Any other ad-hoc duties which the superior may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering discipline
· Skills required: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially data analytic tools such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, Power Query
· Experience in ERP system: SAP
· At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning
