The Responsibilities –
- Increasing the market share within nominated resellers and be able to generate the demand & profit to meet measurable targets.
- Accountability for pipeline accuracy and weekly opportunity forecasting.
- Providing key support for the development of strategies and all forms of marketing activities carried out by the team.
- Developing and maintaining accurate account information & good relationships with distributors, solution integrators and solution providers
- Working closely with the Manager to explore new business opportunities.
- Liaising with internal product & account management personnel.
The Requirement –
- Excellent understanding of IT hardware and being passionate about PC products.
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant account management experience in IT industry handling retail businesses accounts
- Exceptional client service skills and well-developed negotiation & persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic profit capability are a must as is the ability to multi-task.
- Good time management and able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-starter & able to work independently.
- Strong customer service ethic, positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
