Job Description:
· Attend to walk in visitors.
· Screening of incoming calls and ensuring calls are promptly answered in a clear, professional and friendly manner.
· Ensure that the reception lobby and meeting rooms are well kept at all times.
· Review meeting room calendar and ensure rooms are ready for use.
· Mail management such as receiving incoming mails, preparing outgoing mails with the use of franking machine.
· Coordinate internal despatch and courier services.
· Coordinate with third party vendors including the cleaning company, air conditioning contractors and building management for maintenance work and other related issues.
· Assist in receiving and witnessing tender submission to HQ for various commercial buildings and residential developments.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 3 yrs of relevant receptionist experience
