Duties and Responsibilities
·Assist in managing the rollout of new software applications for business units.
· Collaborate with external software vendors on software application development and systems integration between internal and external applications.
· Prepare software applications’ documentations, including business requirements/scenarios, functional requirements, system integration test and/or user acceptance test plan, training materials and implementation plan.
· Review software applications design and implementation.
· Conduct functional, performance and user acceptance tests.
· Analyse and record arising application and technical issues.
· Provide maintenance support to end-users by investigating and reporting systems issues/shortcomings.
· Research and collate data/information to aid management decision-making.
· Execute project management related tasks including project scheduling and monitoring of milestones.
· Perform administrative tasks such as arrange meetings, record minutes and coordinate internal/external work processes.
Skills / Qualifications
Key Capabilities / Competencies
· Prior experience with one or more major ERP systems preferred. eg: Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Oracle ERP, SAP.
· Prior experience with logistics software applications (eg: WMS, TMS) will be an advantage
· Proficient in business management and financial literacy
· Technical document writing skill
· Excellent in time management
· Good planning abilities
· Attention to details and people oriented
· Able to meet deadlines
· Good team player
Expected Educational Qualification
· Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Expected Year of Experience
· 5 years working experience required
