Finance & Admin Officer
Contract: 6 months, up to $5000
Location: West
General Office Administration and Support:
- Track inventory for publications and merchandise
- Manage annual publication consignment sales
- Provide logistical support for events and activities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier
- Maintain office stationery and pantry supplies
- Update contact database and library records
Finance Support:
- Verify procurement and payment requests
- Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) tasks
- Prepare revenue and expenditure statements
- Manage receivables from funding sources
Specific Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Finance, Mass Communication, or Administration
- Preferred 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proven skills in project coordination and budget management
- Strong writing skills and social media proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably SAP/ ARIBA
