Responsibilities:
· ACMV System’s contracts administration and documentation (preparation of interim valuations/ pricing & agreement of contract variations/ update claim submissions/ preparation of progress payments/ final accounts)
· Estimating, Pricing, Tender support Preparation
· Quantity Take-off & Measurement
· Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
· Assist in evaluation and certification of sub-contractor’s progress payments etc
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Knowledge in ACMV System (especially Duct System)
· Knowledge in AutoCAD & Revit
· Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
· Min. 2 years of relevant experience of QS in ACMV system
· Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Integrity and strong sense of responsibility
· Able to start with short notice
