What the day will look like
- Support Client Leaders in delivering business-focused relationship management and engagement services and in driving long-term initiatives between (re)insurers and the Aon Group.
- Lead Associates and Senior Associates in the team.
- Support specific aspects of the client relationship alongside other Aon colleagues.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of Aon Inpoint’s Data and Analytics environment in APAC and aligning this to global standards.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis and data modelling to inform strategic recommendations to clients.
- Actively contribute to the production of reports and other client deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients at every level of the organization.
- Develop your internal network to connect with Aon’s market practitioners as required by client-focused activity and Aon United initiatives.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Graduate degree in business, finance or equivalent, and experience working in management consulting, (re)insurance or financial services will be viewed advantageously.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in (re)insurance, underwriting, broking with involvement in account management/relationship management.
- Interested in the insurance industry, its challenges, and evolutions.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication and engagement skills.
- Good autonomy and organization.
- At ease with analyzing large / complex data sets and distilling actionable insights from them.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
