The Senior Account Manager for Radiometer is responsible for creating sales that drive significant impact to the organization.
This position is part of the Radiometer Singapore commercial team which is a part of the HGM Region – located in Singapore and will be a hybrid role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI’s.
2. Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory.
3. Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
4. Introduce new products and programs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
5. Maintain and manage existing customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
· Sales experience in medical diagnostics industry
· Tertiary scientific qualification or equivalent
· Knowledge of clinical chemistry and understanding of laboratory practices
· Ability to work and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
· Competent user across Microsoft Applications and CRM
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Blood gas and immunoassay equipment sales and management
· Acute care or ICU experience
· IT middleware, hospital LIS & HIS
