Job Description & Requirements
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Manage inventory, including goods receipts and annual stock counts.
- Manage AR collection and update bank payments in the accounting system.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding account inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone calls and input orders into the system.
- Assist with any other assigned duties.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge in MS office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, responsible and willing to learn
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred

- Five (5) day work week, Monday and Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm
