Job Description & Requirements

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Manage inventory, including goods receipts and annual stock counts.
  • Manage AR collection and update bank payments in the accounting system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding account inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone calls and input orders into the system.
  • Assist with any other assigned duties.


  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge in MS office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and a good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, responsible and willing to learn
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred


Other Information

  • Working Location: Kallang Avenue
  • Training will be provided
  • Yearly bonus, insurance & medical coverage
  • Five (5) day work week, Monday and Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm
