Job Description & Requirements
- Oversees the administration and successful implementation of the company's / project quality management system.
- ensure the project QMS is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the company's and the prevailing certification system and standards.
- prepare management review report and arrange to hold the management review meetings
- Update and control the distribution of QMS documents
- review client's complaints related to QA/QC matters
- initiate reviews of non-compliances relating to the construction activities and QMS
- arrange vendor inspections and review source inspection report
- conduct physical assessment on quality of works
- liaise with certification body on the integrated management system audits
- plan internal and external quality audits, assign auditors and follow up on corrective actions to close the audit reports
- attend subcontractors pre-start meeting to explain the QAQC controls for implementation of their site works
- organize training and familiarization activities
- establish suitable resources with management team to meet the project QAQC requirements
Requirements :
- Minimum 5years working experience in similar capacity in construction industry in civil engineering infrastructure projects
- possess the relevant certificates pertaining to ISO standards
- Good writing skill in English
- Able to converse in Chinese language, will be considered an advantage
