Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm
Salary: $3000 to $4500

Job Description
• Quantity Take-Off for Tendering: Measure and calculate quantities for tender submissions.
• Pre-Tender Estimates & Document Preparation: Prepare pre-tender estimates and tender documents.
• Claims & Budget Management: Manage claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlements.
• Project Coordination: Provide support and coordination to the project team.
• Material Procurement: Source, negotiate, and order materials from suppliers.
• Material Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Vendor Claims: Evaluate and process claims from vendors.
• Progress Claims: Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to consultants on time.
• Additional Duties: Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD and NavisWork is a plus.
