There are two levels in the management hierarchy in each outlet and they are the Assistant Manager and Store Manager. The level you are applying for is Senior Trainee Manager. We are committed to develop potential candidates to be our future managers leading the success of the retail outlet towards greater heights.

Career Path

Sales Executive -> Trainee Manager(New Hire)/ Training Assistant Store Manager (Internal Promotion) -> Senior Trainee Manager -> Assistant Store Manager -> Training Shop Manager (TSM) -> Store Manager (SM)
Responsibilities

  • Selected candidates will undergo an in-house training program which covers the followings:Promoting and selling of products and services available in the retail outlets
    Delivering good customer service in fast paced environment
    Maintaining and housekeeping the retail outlet and storeroom
    Packing and unpacking of goods
    Performing POS / cashiering transaction
    Strive to achieve sales targets

The above tasks will take place for at least 6-9 months or beyond depending on Trainee’s abilities & performance. If trainee can competently perform the above, they will be taught to perform the following thereafter.

  • Leading & Coaching Sales Executives in the retail outlets for the day-to-day sales and operations duties
  • Responsible for maintaining professional standards of customer care including managing customer feedback, performing customer recovery and etc.
  • Managing inventories of the outlets including organizing the storeroom, ensuring adequate stock level & sizing
  • Executing other administrative duties that include: conducting staff appraisal, staff scheduling, setting of sales targets and etc.

  • Possess effective interpersonal skills and love to interact with people from all walks of life
  • Sales oriented and passionate for achieving of sales targets
  • Has good salesmanship and sense of entrepreneurship
  • Able to work effectively with a diverse workforce i.e. people of different ages, races and etc
  • Maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance while at work.
  • Strong interest in fashion styling
  • Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
  • Fresh graduates who possess a diploma or a degree in retail management or related discipline are welcome to apply
