Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies, and assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Process payroll payment.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
