Our client is one of the World Best Airport and they are currently looking for vibrant individuals to be part of their team!
Job Scope:
- Managing concierge duties
- Assisting guests in wayfinding
- Provide shopping recommendations, brand and product information and alert passengers to promotions
- Handle passengers’ retail enquiries and attend to passengers with shopping needs (face to face, messages, video , live chats)
- Processing & managing all promotions, events & gift redemptions
- Managing of ticketing services & sales transactions
- Handling feedbacks & complaints from guests & tenants
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O level with 1 - 2 years of customer service / luxury retail experience
- Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and is comfortable interacting with passengers
- Willing to commit rotating shift

Training & Uniform provided
Working Hours:
- 0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport)
- 0900 - 2100 / 2100 - 0900
- 0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200
- Salary up to $3500 per month
