Responsibility
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal clients and stakeholders on all mobility and immigration related business cases
- Work collaboratively with management team to improve mobility policies based on the organisation’s current and emerging talent needs
- Serve as a consultant to our inbound and outbound secondees on all mobility and immigration related queries such as visa, flights, housing, and relocation assistance
- Ensure that MODEC’s internal mobility processes and policies are kept updated and are aligned with immigration laws and regulations
- Track relevant data and support multiple reporting for immigration, cost estimates
- Partner closely with various internal teams such as payroll, finance, people to navigate through complex situations for each assignee
- Effectively tracking data while leveraging analytics to support process improvement and efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 5 years handling Global Mobility operations, or knowledge in cross-border immigration across multiple markets. In house experience preferred.
- Strong relationship management and customer focused skills
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, able to confidently advise all levels of seniority and collaborate to find a mutually agreed way forward.
- Detail-oriented, well-organize and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong cross-cultural awareness, sensitivity, and able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fluid, unstructured environment with a can-do, positive and pro-active attitude.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
