Job Description
- Provide techinical support to our customers on Data Security product suite as per SLA.
- Support system deployment and User acceptance Testing.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely resolution for our customer.
- Carry out planned upgrade and migration work.
- Review and improve process flow as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for maintaining technical documentations in the Knowledge Base.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on IT system delivery .
- Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, virtualization, and related areas.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in supporting government agency is preferred.
- Prior experience in Cryptography would be advantageous.
