World-renowned Luxury Goods Retailer is seeking a highly passionate and creative individual to join the team as Assistant Marketing Manager!
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Strategist to lead brand management initiatives, events, and activations. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external agencies to elevate brand presence, enhance client engagement, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver the yearly marketing strategy with HQ and local teams, aligning with company objectives and driving retail conversions.
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand image and visibility.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal results and financial accountability.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms, including branding applications (renovations, POS materials, and visual merchandising).
- Manage 360° marketing plans, focusing on long-term brand goals.
- Collaborate with Commercial and CRM teams to plan activations and events that drive client engagement and boutique traffic.
- Work with agencies to execute events, ensuring alignment with HQ briefs.
- Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns, and review PR effectiveness.
- Build relationships with press and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand presence.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Experienced in Marketing for luxury Retail or similar industries in similar capacity
- Experience in successful digital campaign execution within the region
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Resourceful, good critical thinking skills & troubleshooting ability
- Possess high level of initiative, independent and resourceful
