Responsibility
- Achievement of sales & Orders, profit, and strategic objectives for the assigned regions
- To provide strategy, vision & actions plan to increase the loyalty and sales of the ASEAN customers for company Products & Solutions
- To actively participate & contribute towards the completion of Country Growth Plan (ASEAN, Oceania)
- Expand new customers for ASEAN, Oceania
- Expand our SI and distribution network for ASEAN market
- To conduct monthly review with distributors for early project detection & opportunity for ASEAN
- Debt Monitoring & Collections
- Engage in active sales visit with distributors, consultant, SI, Panel Builder and End User.

Requirements
- Min Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years in Sales and Marketing or Business Development
- Experience in product support for pre-sales and post-sales to distributors, OEM, consultants, end users
- Possess creativity in problem solving
- Highly motivated individual
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales of industrial products
- Strong knowledge of drives, VFDs and its industry applications
- Knowledge in Automation market, OEM applications
- Able to travel within ASEAN regions
