Design Engineer - AutoCAD/ Electrical/ No exp are welcome (East)

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the Engineering designs are in compliance with project specific requirements, and in-line with the Engineering Standard Practice, Company’s ISO procedures, national and international engineering norms, codes, and safety requirements.
• Generate block diagrams, bill of materials, functional design specifications, design calculation, wiring drawings, and all other documents and drawings as required by project and necessary to ensure equipment can be procured, integrated, tested, installed and handed over to the customer on schedule.
• Ensure equipment supplied for a specific project is technically compliant with relevant specification requirements, project technical standards, correctly configured and completed.
• Ensures equipment specified and designed can be successfully integrated with other equipment with which it has to interface to.
• Produces test procedure documentation appropriate to project commissioning.
• Provides technical support to system assembly and integration team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Projects & Retrofit Manager / Assistant Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor / College Degree equivalent certifications in IT / Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• MS Office
• Well versed and relevant design experience in at least one or more systems as below:

1. LAN & IP Telephony System
2. Radio Communication System
3. Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA) System
4. Security Systems (CCTV and Access Control)
5. Navigation Systems

• Aeronautical VHF Radio
• Meteorological Monitoring System
• Non Directional Beacons
• Marine Radar
• GMDSS
• Gyrocompass
• Navigation aids system
