Responsibilities:
- Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
- Handle the employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during offboarding.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage the promotion process, communicate promotion decisions and updates to employees, and ensure the proper implementation of new roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platform
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
