Role : Senior Systems Engineer (Platform - Windows) PERMANENT ROLE
(a) Required qualification and skills
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field;
· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an enterprise environment.
· Strong knowledge of Windows server, active directory, M365, and other IT systems and applications.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
· Good communication and collaboration skills;
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritization; and
· Certifications in relevant IT domains are a plus, example:
o Certified in MS SharePoint 2016 or above
o MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services and MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
o Certified in VMware administration.
(b) Experience/Knowledge/Skill Sets
· At least 6 years of Windows Servers and Microsoft core infrastructure technology implementation and hands-on administration in Windows Server 2012 and above;
· At least 5 years of hands-on experience on VMWare (VSphere 5.1 or above);
· At least 5 years of working experience on 24x7 operations support including on-call (standby duties);
· Experience in administrative and routines tasks; adherence to IT policies and security standards and able to organize resources to solve issues/requests;
· Knowledgeable with the operation of Microsoft Exchange servers;
· Experience in performing end-user computer support on windows platform; and
· Working knowledge of GPO administration
· Knowledgeable with the operation of ELK platform (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) – ideally 1+ years of experience
