Exciting role in the Public Research - 6 months' Contract
Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of grant calls and proposals
- To register new grant calls in grant tracking record.
- To administer grant T&Cs review.
- To assist in drafting grant call announcement email and internal approval deadlines.
- To assist in review administration.
- To verify grant proposals before submission.
- To administer grant proposal submission to Office & grantor.
- To update grant proposal info & status, reviewer comments in proposal tracking record and internal portal
- To assist in grant award administration.
- To assist in filing and maintenance of grant application and award acceptance documentations.
- Assist in regular and ad-hoc report preparation.
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Staff would need to be meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to interact with people across functions (researchers, HODs and operational function teams).
- Experience in Visio, MS Forms, Power Automate is an added advantage.
