Our client is a global manufacturer. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Officer to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- Oversee various benefit programs, including health screenings, wellness initiatives, and employee welfare.
- Administer and manage the leave system and related processes.
- Handle insurance-related inquiries, claims, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate employee rewards programs, such as long service awards, recognition initiatives, and other commendations.
- Prepare and manage HR reports and budgets.
- Assist with HR documentation, personnel filing, and fostering HR culture programs.
- Provide support for additional HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years HR experience in manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
