- Support the operational and administrative aspects of Learning & Development initiatives and programmes
- Implement learning plans and monitor the utilization of training and budget
- Support the learning management system
- Support the collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
- Generate learning & development reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Passionate about people and culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Social Science/Business Administration/Human Resource
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Well-versed with Learning Management Systems
- Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, resourceful, and independent worker
- A strong team player with excellent time management
