Centre Administrator Role and Responsibilities
· Liaise and coordinate effectively with relevant departments / government bodies, agencies
· Manage and record (e.g. petty cash, daily fees collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
· Input data on ONE ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new teachers, LON etc)
· Input data on CMS website (e.g. particulars of subsidies, enrolment details, parents’ particulars reporting of cases of infectious diseases, subsidy, etc)
· Input data on Preschool Management System (e.g. Child’s particulars enrolment details, parents’ particulars etc)
· Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, sign in/out forms, health screen forms, etc
· Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise and enrichment programmes such as uniforms, caps, books, etc
· Conduct stock-taking and restocking as well as ordering of supplies such as merchandise and stationeries
· Usher the children to the school buses
· Manage staff records eg, leaves and Over time
· Prepare payment voucher and other claims
· Prepare and submit monthly reports
· Track and Collect Fees and follow up on outstanding fees
· Front auditor in internal and external audit (with principal)
· Issue receipts to parents
· Order grocery and other essential needs of the school during operation
· Track and updating of asset in the centre via Preschool Management System
· Assist teachers in routine care
· Assist Principals
· Keep proper records of student P file in order to meet audit requirement
· Attend monthly department meeting and administrative meeting.
. Promote and recruit new sign-ups for preschool
· Assist in marketing initiatives such as planning and executing marketing strategies, to increase public awareness
· Design marketing resources to promote school
· Plan and conduct Enrichment programme
· Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
