Duration: 11months
Location: Maxwell
Work Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6 pm; Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Service improvement for work efficiency, i.e. innovation through, e.g. automatic invoice payment, use of Robotic Process Automation for IT contracts
- Tracking raising of procurement needs, Purchase Orders, IT payments, reminding vendor on invoicing
- Manage IT vendors security clearance and access rights
- Assist IT project managers on IT service requests, assets record paperwork such as updating and condemnation
- Assist to track key IT deliverables (e.g. IT Asset and Inventory Management)
- IT Contract tracking for services that are due (e.g. 3 mths before it lapses)
- Assist to perform broadcast of IT announcement to users
- Provide Administrative Support to the department staff
Requirements
- Possess relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office skills like Excel & PowerPoint
- Have good learning attitude and able to work under fast pace Environment
