Our Client is a leader in the Fashion Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Store Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Responsibility
- Ensure the efficient operation of the store.
- Offer tailored consultation and styling advice to customers.
- Inspire the team to meet store KPIs and execute key initiatives.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and keep the store orderly as per guidelines.
- Identify training needs and assist in coaching team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback on customer service to management.
- Coordinate after-sales services and assist customers with repairs.
- Manage inventory, schedule rosters, and handle cashiering duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail sales
- Proven work experience in management level
- Good Customer Service
- Good Communication Skills
- Confident and outgoing
