Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the installation process of various systems and applications.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee installation projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth installation processes.
- Lead, supervise, and provide training to a team of installation technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of installation projects and prepare status reports.
- Recommend and implement improvements to installation procedures and processes.
- Resolve any installation-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day activities of installation teams, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all project milestones are met within the approved budget.
- Address non-conformities, audit findings, and customer complaints in collaboration with the site team.
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Participate in site surveys, pre-installation meetings, and quality reviews with clients.
- Support sales teams during tender processes by providing resource estimations, including manpower and cabling efforts.
- Provide cable length estimations for both tender support and project implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects.
- Experience in the installation of railway communication systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of installation guidelines, procedures, and safety and quality standards.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools, with familiarity with installation tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
