Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management (both Software and Hardware).
- Experience working with ServiceNow (preferably with Asset Management and ITSM modules).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization and workflow automation.
- Ability to analyze and refine asset management processes to drive efficiency.
- Experience with software license management and optimization.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills with ServiceNow Asset Management module.
- Proficiency in using asset discovery tools and license management systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Asset Management.
- Experience with ITIL practices, particularly in asset and configuration management.
- Project management experience related to asset management.
