- Demonstrate exceptional enthusiasm by being the brand advocate that create a positive environment for a customer centric, fascinating and personalized WOW moments for our prospects, customers, enthusiast and business partners
- Offer tailored needs assessments with personalized and emotional engagement through product/service presentation
- Behave as subject matter expert for the brand, history, products, services and technologies while collaborating with other job roles to achieve company sales and satisfaction targets
- Optimize the sales funnel and consistently update all customer data in our CRM to ensure all active digital and physical engagement are aligned across the team
- Be in control of the well-being and hospitality of all Experience Centre visitors and include the emotional elements to create brand excitement
- Perform assignment allocation with guidance and supervision of the experts in the customer centric retail team
- Deliver performance monitoring and reporting for the management
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in the Automotive/ Luxury Retail / Tech Sales/ Hospitality and Aviation Service
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, customer oriented with passion and motivation for sales
