Job Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow ITSM features and modules as per requirements from the company.
- Propose additional modules/features that will be required to meet requirements from ServiceNow users/departments
- Provide bi-weekly updates to the Company on enhancements, issues and resolution matters.
- Project tracking to ensure enhancement timelines are met.
- Work closely with Functional Developers to handle any changes to project scope.
- Provide administrative support on IT Service delivery and management related matters.
- Support and maintenance of the IT Service Management tool.
- Plan, test and deployment enhancement to the IT Service Management Tool as approved by the management.
- Assist to collate data and information for Change Advisory Board Meeting.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Technical discipline preferably with IT background.
- Experience in governance of ITIL processes, e.g. Change/Problem Management.
- Attention to detail, able to perform detailed forward planning.
- Equipped with good project management and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative team-oriented problem solving approach are critical
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, the ability to write clearly and concisely is required.
