Job Scope:
- Schedule and host meetings
- Co-curate the meeting agenda with Committee Chairperson and Co-Chairperson
- Draft, collate and circulate meeting materials and meeting minutes
- Follow-up on matters arising
- Support the Committee in the planning and execution of strategic retreats and advocacy events if required
- Draft submissions to Board and Senior Management
- Draft project/ programme proposals, meeting materials and meeting minutes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
